AAAAND GUESSWHAT EA/ORIGIN/APEX CANT BAN MIC CHAT. Even im right and write here reason that i got 7 days banned(wich letter says next time will be permaban) I will be banned again or this post will deleted. You already getting perma ban for really reaaly really super easy reasons. Theres no sense trying commincate origin/ea guys. Once again, how is it that an account from EA, can affect my account from STEAM, another company? My account has never been linked to another Steam account, and I am being denied a simple service. The only thing that's happening now is that there's a banned account attached to our Steam accounts, like roadkill stuck on a tyre. We won't be able to access the items in the account, or ever play with that account. What part of this is evading a ban? We are asking you to delete/unlink the banned account. Some of your 'community managers' have brushed this off saying they will not help customers 'evade bans'. The EA website states “You can unlink platform account from your EA account if you want to link them to a different EA account, as long as that EA account had never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.” The EA TOS also does not insist that my Steam account would be in purgatory if my EA account was banned. You state that you have a separate, dedicated team for these issues yet it seems that there's no one there, just a bot sending the same replies to customers that are receiving 0 assistance.
Why should a ban on 1 game on from another company be allowed to affect my account from Steam, a different company? I've already tried contacting support twice but I keep getting the same robotic response. Because of this, I am unable to link my other EA account to my Steam. I'm not asking for help to remove or do anything about the ban, I'm asking for the EA account to be unlinked from my Steam account.
I recently got a ban on an EA account that is linked to my Steam account. I am having the same issue here, and after reading many other people's forum posts about it I am extremely disappointed.
